I primarily uses USPS First Class and Priority Delivery and insure all packages valued over $200 for the full value of the item. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.


I want you to love your jewelry from Janice Stevenson Designs. 

Please contact Janice immediately if you feel there is a problem with your order. If you find that a piece is defective, all items are subject to a strict 10-day return policy and must be in new condition with the original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The buyer is responsible for securely shipping the item along with the original packaging, including insurance and tracking for the total cost of the item(s). Janice cannot offer refunds for any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts due to actions of the buyer, or items returned more than 10 days after receipt.  Shipping costs are not refundable.


Please note: that all sale items are final.


If you’d like to request a repair, contact Janice. Janice will generally repair jewelry for no charge within 6 months of purchase as long as it is deemed normal wear and tear. After 6 months, a charge will apply based upon the complexity of the repair.
