Policies

SHIPPING

You will receive a notification with the tracking number when your order ships. Please have your pieces shipped to a secure and safe address. Janice is not responsible for lost packages that have been marked as delivered.

Shipping Carriers

I primarily uses USPS First Class and Priority Delivery and insure all packages valued over $200 for the full value of the item. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

At this time we do not ship internationally. Please contact us with any questions.

We hand deliver all packages to USPS within 24 hours of printing the shipping label. Once the package is delivered to USPS we are no longer responsible for packages in transit. 

RETURNS

I want you to love your jewelry from Janice Stevenson Designs. 

Please contact Janice immediately if you feel there is a problem with you order.  If you find the piece is defective, all pieces are subject to a 10 day return policy and must be new with the original packaging.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. The buyer is responsible for securely shipping the item along with the original packaging.  JSD can not offer refunds on any item that is not in it's original condition or damaged due to the actions of the buyer or for items returned more that 10 day after receipt.  Shipping costs are not refundable 

Please note: that all sale items are final.

Repairs

If you’d like to request a repair, contact Janice. Janice will generally repair jewelry for no charge within 6 months of purchase as long as it is deemed normal wear and tear. After 6 months, a charge will apply based upon the complexity of the repair.

Gift Wrap

All packages come in tissue wrapping and in a branded box with a velvet jewelry bag. Janice will include a handwritten gift message with your order upon request. Please fill out the ‘Gift Message’ form at checkout and she will include it with your order. All pricing information will be kept out of the box for packages with gift messages.
